Death vs LIFE. Barrenness vs FRUITFULNESS. Famine vs ABUNDANCE. Egypt vs The PROMISE LAND. Unbelief vs BELIEF. Walking by sight vs WALKING BY FAITH. Satan vs JESUS. Flesh vs SPIRIT. Tree of the knowledge of good and evil vs The TREE OF LIFE. Deceit vs TRUTH. Grave clothes vs WHITE SPOTLESS ROBES. The old man vs The NEW MAN. The wilderness vs The GARDEN OF THE LORD.

This is RESURRECTION LIFE.

Our spiritual journey is outlined in the bible. Leaving Egypt, wandering the wilderness, crossing Jordan and taking Canaan.

My story is an on going story of taking Canaan. Oh yes, it’s true. The Giants are big and the battles are many if the whole land is to be taken. BUT, the land is a good land and is flowing with milk and honey. And if the Lord be for us, who can be against us. The whole land is ours if only we believe.

The wilderness is mainly where our faith is cemented in Christ’s work and ability. Where we learn to die to self by no longer walking by sight, rather we learn what it is to walk by faith. Canaan is where we are continually made free from all the bondage the old man weighs us down with so that we are free to walk more and more in the new man.  As we surrender to the victory of Jesus, we walk in the new man and the old man loses preeminence. It’s what purifies us. At the same time, Canaan is also where we serve God where He shows us that we may set other captives free.

I am simply a steward of the mystery of resurrection life that Jesus is working in me. I have journaled my entire experience since leaving Egypt and will be sharing the treasures I’ve received along the way.

This little website has been birthed by a call from God  and it is where I will be sharing all the Lord has taught me and is teaching me about exiting the wilderness to dwell with Him and He with us, in the Garden of the Lord.

I invite every one of you who feels stuck, lukewarm, confused, lost, a failure to God, anxious, fearful, overwhelmed, underwhelmed any and all of you to comment or email me. My heart has been taken up with God’s love for His children and I am eager to point you the way of the land of promise. You can overcome every weight and chain that holds you down. It’s just what Christ would do in you!  The Lord chooses foolish humans to do His will on earth and I am here for a hand to any who will reach out. Any day, any time. See you in the garden friends!
